What does this app do?
AbacuX Connector links a Shopify store to your AbacuX ERP system. Once
connected, the app keeps both systems in sync automatically:
- Products — catalogue changes flow between Shopify and AbacuX.
- Orders — new and updated Shopify orders are pushed to AbacuX.
- Returns — Shopify refunds are recorded in AbacuX.
- Stock — inventory levels stay aligned across both systems.
Installation guide
- Install AbacuX Connector from the Shopify App Store
(or via the install link provided by your AbacuX account manager).
- Approve the requested permissions when Shopify asks — the app needs
access to products, orders, customers, inventory and locations to sync them.
- The app opens inside your Shopify Admin. Enter your AbacuX ERP
credentials (see below) and press Connect to AbacuX ERP.
- Once the connection is verified, choose which modules to sync
(products, orders, returns, stock) from the dashboard.
Where do I find my AbacuX credentials?
- Log in to your AbacuX ERP instance as an administrator.
- Go to Settings → API & Integrations.
- Create (or open) an API client for Shopify and copy the
ERP URL, Client ID and Client Key.
- Paste all three into the connection form inside the app.
